Madison City Commissioners meet Tuesday beginning at 4:30 p.m. with a supervisors' meeting. Regular business begins at 5:30 p.m.
Items of correspondence include a $5,000 funding request from Prairie Village, a written report indicating the proceeds from the John Maloney estate, and a request from Lori Waldner for a fireworks display on July 10 for the MS 150 bicycle ride.
Commissioners will consider adopting the city's 2011-15 Infrastructure Improvement Plan; declare a 1980 Michigan loader as surplus property; consider a one-day alcohol license for the Dakota State University Foundation to be used for the Gala on July 9; and authorize the mayor's signature on a development lot agreement.
Commissioners will discuss the mayor's June report and meet in closed session regarding employee performance.
